H.E. Dr. Aziz Ponary Mlima, High Commissioner of Tanzania to Uganda visited various energy projects in Hoima, Buliisa and Kiriyadongo

From 24^th to 26^th March 2022, H.E. Dr. Aziz Ponary Mlima, High Commissioner of the United Republic of Tanzania to the Republic of Uganda paid an official visit to various energy projects which are implemented by the Government of the Republic of Uganda in Hoima, Buliisa and Kriyadongo.

While in those places, H.E. Dr. Mlima visited the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project which has a significant economic and social impact to both Tanzania and Uganda; the Tilenga Project; Kingfisher Development Area (KFDA); Karuma Hydro Power Project; and the Kabaale Industrial Park which will include among others, Uganda’s 2^nd International Airport, Crude Oil Export hub, Uganda Refinery and Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industries.
